ZEBRA

ok, this post is pure nostalgia for me.

Zebra was one of my absolute favorite bands growing up. Originally from New Orleans, they based themselves on Long Island in the late 70's and that's where I discovered them.

From 1984-1992 I had to have seen them at least 10 times.

They'd always close their shows with a killer Zeppelin cover (Song Remains The Same, The Ocean, Immigrant Song), and their original tunes are really really good.

They ROCK
